An Anti-Drug Drama in the Old Fort Sorghum
in Blairsville focuses on the realities of
what happens to people who become involved
with illegal drugs and the illegal use of prescription
pills.
The drama uses local law enforcement
and a drug detection dog. Those
attending sit in stands - at the beginning witnessing
a suspect being pursued by an officer,
then they take a short walk to view recreated
scenes in an interrogation room, courtroom,
jail cell, classroom, family setting, and
ultimate destination station.
The drama is available for student
field trips and attendance by the community
on specific dates.
